It is now not only possible to chat one to one (Operator to Visitor) you can now create public chat groups and chat with up to 50 clients in the same chat.

You can create unlimited groups from your operator console and place the button or link on your website, add operator(s) to the chat which have access (act like mods), limit clients, set language and turn it on or off whenever you want.

Additionally you can protect each public chat group with a password, very useful for closed groups or paid access only.
